General Information
Before your pet departs, you will need to provide an original copy of all vaccination records and blood test results. These travel with your pet. Please ensure you have these available at the time of pick up/drop off. We require all vaccinations to be checked with us prior to the acceptance of your move.
In most cases, while preparing your pets for travel they will stay with us on site at our airport office where our trained staff will take great care of your every request and we will make sure that all requirements are met to ensure a smooth and trouble free relocation.
Upon arrival, the airline’s freight handler will take your pet to their nearest holding facility, check their welfare and then proceed to go through the customs clearance process with the consignee. Unless otherwise advised, the Customs Clearance, Veterinary Fees, and Airport Terminal Fees are not included in our quote. These fees cannot be pre-paid unless an agent is engaged to look after this process for you. Please let us know if you would like us to arrange this for you and we can obtain pricing from an agent.
How Long Does The Pet Transportation Process To Fiji Take?
Although the flights to Fiji might only take a number of hours, planning for your pet’s trip can actually take several months to complete. This is because of the very strict pet importation restrictions and scheduling requirements Fiji has in place. To avoid disappointment, we recommend contacting us at least one month before you’d like your pet to fly out.
Returning to Australia
We recommend that you discuss with one of our trained consultants the requirements for your pets to re-enter Australia if/when you would like to return, as we are also skilled on the import of animals from all over the world.

Pets Fly Like Us
Transporting your pet by air is the quickest and most efficient way of moving your pet to or from the USA with the least amount of hassle. For international flights, live animals travel in the cargo cabin, which is pressurised just like the cabin you fly in. The plane’s captain is aware that your pet is on board and keeps the aircon set to a comfortable 18ºC.
