José Luis Fandiño

“They are a great team. I am very satisfied with the service they provided me, they transported my beloved cat from Melbourne to Bogotá, they were the only ones who told me that it was possible to transport my pet. Although it was quite a long journey, it was finally completed successfully. Thank you so much for your fantastic Job!”

Chris Schindler

We were planning to move to New Zealand from other country and to take our dog with us. That was a really tricky task as the dog was originally from the country which is not considered rabies-free. So dog’s journey to NZ started from Montenegro, where we lived with him for a few months to comply with NZ import standards about the rabies.

While preparing for the journey, I have contacted some other pet travel services besides Dogtainers, but all of them asked me to look for such services in the country of departure, or just didn’t respond at all.

Dogtainers helped us all the way in preparing this trip: advised on needed documents, scheduled all veterinary procedures, collected our dog with a courier from the city we have lived in. Coincidentally, the trip fell on the Christmas and New Year holidays, but it did not stop Dogtainers from excellent organization of the travel. Our dog went through a lot of countries to get to NZ. All the way we received photos of our clean and happy dog (attached to this review). After the dog’s arrival to NZ, it had to have a standard 10-day quarantine in a quarantine facility. It was also arranged for us by Dogtainers. After 10 days passed, we still didn’t have enough time to find a new home where we could take our dog, but this little problem was also covered as Dogtainers have a pet hotel partner, All Seasons Pet Resort near Auckland, and they managed to board our dog for a few more days until we finally reunited in our new home!

I absolutely recommend Dogtainers as a reliable pet travel services. I guess they passed the quality test with the hardest conditions, – the huge travel distance, rabies compliance for a dog from not rabies-free country (they arranged all things with NZ MPI for us), the holidays which of course made organizing this trip much harder… A lot of obstacles we faced, but all of them passed! Thank you Dogtainers!”

Nic Fradley

“Ben from Dogtainers was great with his service. Made it very easy and had a mindset of caring for our little puppy as he got flown from Brisbane to Adelaide at 8 weeks old. Answered all our questions and made our mind at ease. Would go with dogtainers again.”

Jeffrey Garay

I want to give a big shout-out to Emma from Dogtainers for being an absolute rockstar in helping us navigate the complicated Australia Quarantine rules for our pet, Suki. From the moment Suki set foot in Australia, Emma was there with us every step of the way, making sure everything went smoothly. Her knowledge and efficiency in handling all the necessary paperwork and procedures were top-notch.

What really stood out about Emma was her proactive and friendly approach. She was always on the ball, addressing any concerns or questions we had promptly. Her attention to detail and strict adherence to the rules gave us peace of mind that Suki was in good hands. We felt like she genuinely cared about Suki’s well-being and was as invested in her safe arrival as we were.

If you ever find yourself in need of someone who knows the ins and outs of Australia’s quarantine rules, Emma from Dogtainers is your go-to person. Her professionalism, expertise, and genuine passion for helping pets made the whole process stress-free and positive. We can’t thank Emma enough for her incredible support in getting Suki safely home.”

Aileen Chua

“Many thanks to Alexandra, Callum and the team at Dogtainers for their amazing help in bringing Finn over to Singapore. Alex was really patient and responded to all my questions in detail (as a first timer to import/export I was really anxious about the process), also I really appreciated the photo updates when Finn was boarding with them prior to his flight. Would definitely trust them with any future needs.”
