The set is handmade with excellent detail and great craftsmanship. The cover of the set is made from genuine dark brown color leather. Inner side (the chess board) is made from cardboard featuring slotted pockets for each piece. Pieces are made of flexible celluloid plastic. The chess symbols are stamped with golden color. The set is the same type that Bobby Fischer practiced and trained with. It is a highly sought after piece for collectors and chess enthusiasts alike. Condition: The set is in excellent vintage condition. All the pieces are original and there is no piece replacements from another similar set. It was purchased in London long long time ago and it is almost unused.
